At All Occasions Planning we recognize that every bride and groom's wedding
day is unique; therefore, feel free to choose one of the packages below and
simply add the services you need or remove the services you do not need to
create the perfect package for you.

Just the Essentials...$795
This package is designed for couples who want to plan their wedding themselves
then turn the details over to an experienced planner to orchestrate on the
day of the wedding.
Pre-wedding:
- Complementary consultation to discuss ceremony and reception style,
budget, theme, etc.
- Create roles/responsibilities checklist
- Create wedding day agenda
- Review agenda with vendors and wedding party
- Organize the ceremony rehearsal (up to 2 hours)
Wedding Day:
- Available for up to 8 hours on the wedding day to direct events
- Act as the point of contact for all vendors at the ceremony and
reception
- Setup registration table with guest book, programs, and basic
decorations
- Direct wedding ceremony according to plans
- Direct the reception activities (introductions, first dance,
father/daughter dance, etc.) to ensure a smooth process
- Use of wedding day emergency kit (black socks, bobby pins, glue, etc)

A Little Extra...$1795
This package is designed for couples who want to do most of the planning
themselves, but need a little help filling in the details, and an experience
planner to oversee the logistics. This package includes everything from the
Essentials package, plus:
Pre-wedding:
- Answer general questions and questions regarding etiquette via email or phone
- Make recommendations from preferred vendors list as needed
- Review contracts and offer suggestions on details to be included in the agreement
- Two in-person consultations (up to 2 hours) with the bride and groom prior to rehearsal to confirm final details
Wedding Day:
- Available for up to 9 hours on the wedding day to direct events
- Distribute vendors' final payments
- Distribute and pin boutonnieres and corsages on wedding party attendants
- Distribute bouquets to bridal party
- Transport items from registration table at ceremony to reception hall (if ceremony and reception are in different locations)
- Bustle wedding gown after pictures
- Assist with basic decorations (champagne flutes, cake utensils, keepsakes, etc.) at reception site
- Ensure designated person loads gifts into the appropriate vehicle or on-site suite
- Distribute exit favors

Something Extraordinary...$2795
This package is designed for couples who want to play an active role
in the decision-making process, but want to be a little more "hands off"
in planning the details. This package includes everything from the Essentials,
and Little Extra packages, plus:
Pre-wedding:
- Four in-person consultations (up to 2 hours) with the bride and groom prior to rehearsal to confirm final details
- Create and track your budget
- Prepare a quick-reference wedding portfolio of contracted services
- Accompany bride when selecting wedding gown (3 locations max)
- Schedule appointments with appropriate vendors to service your wedding
- Accompany bride and groom to the final meeting with venue
- Accompany bride and groom to the final meeting with the caterer
- Accompany bride and groom to the final meeting with the baker
- Accompany bride and groom to the final meeting with the florist
- Accompany bride and groom to the final meeting with the photographer
- Accompany bride and groom to the final meeting with the videographer
- Assist with hotel accommodations (room blocks, maximum of 3 hotels) for out-of-town guests
- Recommend locations for rehearsal dinner, bridal luncheon, bridal spa party and or bridal brunch
- Ensure best man and maid of honor are prepared for their toast speech
Wedding Day:
- Arrive at ceremony site two hours prior to wedding to assist with final details
- Available for up to 10 hours on the wedding day to direct events
- Ensure attendants remove all personal items from the dressing rooms
- Ensure best man and maid of honor arrange to transport bride and groom's personal items/luggage to honeymoon suite or get-away vehicle
- Collect personal items (bouquet, cake top, guest book, etc.) and load into the appropriate vehicle or on site suite
- Load gifts into the designated vehicle or on site suite
- Package the anniversary cake and load in the designated vehicle
- Oversee vendor clean up

Something Extravagant...$3995
This package is designed for business savvy couples busy with their careers,
out of town brides with very limited time to plan the details, or brides who
just want to be pampered. We will plan all the details from start to finish.
This package includes everything from the Essentials, a Little Extra and
Something Extraordinary packages, plus:
Pre-wedding:
- Six in-person consultations (up to 2 hours) with the bride and groom prior to rehearsal to confirm final details
- Manage budget and process vendor payments in a timely fashion
- Create wedding weekend agenda and distribute appropriately
- Create a quick-reference wedding binder, which will include all details
- Schedule engagement portrait sitting
- Send engagement portrait to local newspaper
- Schedule and accompany bride when selecting wedding gown (maximum of 5 shops)
- Schedule and attend interviews with appropriate wedding professionals (2 from each category)
- Schedule beauty appointments with hairstylist and makeup artist for bridal portrait
- Schedule and accompany bride to bridal portrait sitting
- Order, hand address and mail save the date notices
- Order, assemble, hand address and mail wedding invitations (cost of invitations and postage paid by bride). Maximum of 125 invitations additional charge for additional invitations
- Order or assemble "welcome bags" for guests and deliver to hotel (maximum of 3 hotels)
- Order map cards to be included in the invitations
- Order the personalized place cards
- Order personalized menu cards
- Order and coordinate the delivery of linens
- Assist with selecting and wrapping gifts for wedding party and family
Wedding Day:
- Schedule beauty appointments with hairstylist and makeup artist for wedding day
- Deliver bride's wedding attire to the bridal suite at the ceremony location
- Set up appetizers and beverages in the bride and groom's suites
- Deliver and setup place cards at reception site, and assist guests in locating their seats
- Deliver personalized menu cards and set up at reception site
